Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles. This role emphasizes efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract high-quality talent, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition are an advantage
• Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree.
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
