The role is fully remote for Europe-based candidates, on a B2B contract, with USD compensation and PTO. You will work closely with the CEO and leaders to attract top talent and optimize the recruitment workflow.

• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.
• Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams.

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:

• Experience in fast‑paced or high‑volume recruitment environments (agency or in‑house).
• Prior experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries is an advantage.
• Exposure to international hiring or remote/global recruitment is preferred.
• Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with working in structured HR or talent acquisition teams is beneficial.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment

Experience working in a start‑up or scale‑up environment

Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills

Goal‑oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset, balancing execution, planning and strategy

Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high‑trust environment

Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content
