Listo is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own and execute Listo's organic growth engine. You will plan and implement strategy across brand, positioning, and go-to-market, driving a qualified B2B pipeline without paid acquisition.

You will lead technical SEO, content strategy, and AI search initiatives, while building LinkedIn leadership content and ensuring content ranks, earns citations, and fuels demand. Remote-friendly environment with global impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years driving B2B SaaS growth with hands-on SEO experience
• Content engines that drive real organic traffic and pipeline
• Experience with AEO/GEO and AI search like Google AI Overviews/ChatGPT
• Fluent/native English written and spoken
• Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or venue tech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own organic and inbound growth strategy end to end, including brand, positioning, and go-to-market, focused on qualified B2B pipeline without paid acquisition
• Lead SEO and AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO): technical SEO, keyword strategy, content clusters, structured data, and link building to grow visibility
• Own the content engine: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and customer stories that rank and generate demand
• Build LinkedIn thought leadership for Listo and its leadership team, owning B2B social distribution
• Improve the inbound funnel through conversion optimization, landing page experiments, and nurture
• Track organic performance and act on the data
• Partner with Sales, Product, CS and leadership to turn buyer questions into content opportunities
