OneSeven Tech is seeking a Growth & SEO Analyst to scale our US B2B presence. You will own paid and organic growth, targeting IT decision-makers and turning campaigns into qualified pipeline.

This hands-on role requires 3–4+ years of US-market campaigns, proficiency in Google Ads, and a solid SEO background. You will work 20 hours/week, fully remote from Latin America, aligned with EST hours.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience running marketing campaigns targeting the US market.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads.
• Background in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT / tech services industry.
• Experience marketing software development or AI services.
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of marketing and growth strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention).
• Portfolio showcasing relevant campaigns and results.
• Availability to work 20 hours/week aligned with EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting US B2B audiences.
• Design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads in the IT market.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, iterating based on data.
• Work side by side with the Marketing team, including a Marketing Specialist and an SDR, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the CEO.
• Own campaign results end-to-end, from strategy to measurable outcomes.
