Power Digital is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts, translating data into strategic client narratives and guiding cross‑channel teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue. You’ll partner with client marketing and sales, align ICPs, and own the performance narrative with the AD and Account Director to strengthen retention and expansion.

• 4–7 years in B2B marketing or client services.
• Manages client relationships day‑to‑day.
• Familiar with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting.
• Comfortable presenting to VP and director‑level stakeholders.
• Cross‑channel fluency across paid, SEO, content, and ABM.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts; support PM‑led calls on smaller accounts — own the performance narrative either way
• Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag when execution is drifting from the strategy
• Stay close to pipeline metrics — lead quality, MQL→SQL conversion, funnel contribution — and surface concerns to the AD before they reach the client as surprises
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, and ABM teams around a unified account strategy
• Work directly with client marketing contacts to align on ICP, campaign priorities, and reporting cadence
• Support the AD on quarterly strategy, renewal prep, and service expansion conversations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to ≥90% retention across your accounts
• Work in Iris and nova daily; use performance data to surface issues before clients raise them; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%
