Emerson is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Development Manager - Level Solutions to drive growth of its level measurement portfolio across Latin America. This role identifies, develops, and converts new business opportunities while collaborating with sales, marketing, product teams, and strategic customers.

You will lead market development efforts for radar transmitters, level switches, controllers, and tank gauging systems, driving modernization and remote monitoring initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, product marketing, or strategic account management in industrial markets.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, process instrumentation, or industrial technologies.
• Experience using CRM tools and pipeline management systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese; advanced English for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Latin America for level solutions portfolio.
• Act as technical-commercial advisor, supporting discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Conduct assessments, validations, testing, and qualification processes.
• Independently manage opportunities from identification to PO acquisition.
• Partner with Account Managers to grow strategic accounts and expand adoption.
• Develop growth strategies for level measurement instruments and systems.
