Emerson Electric Co. seeks a Business Development Manager - Level Solutions to drive growth of its level measurement portfolio across Latin America.

You will identify and convert new opportunities, act as a technical-commercial advisor, and partner with Account Managers to expand strategic accounts while developing growth strategies for level measurement instruments and systems. You will lead go-to-market activities, support product launches, and analyze market trends to identify new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, product marketing, or strategic account management within industrial markets.
• Experience using CRM tools, pipeline management, and analytics.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese; advanced English.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities for level solutions across Latin America.
• Act as a technical-commercial specialist for customers and support technical discussions and demonstrations.
• Manage commercial opportunities from identification through PO acquisition.
• Partner with Account Managers to accelerate growth within strategic accounts and expand solution adoption.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for level measurement instruments and systems; lead radar transmitters, level switches, controllers, and related products.
• Support product launches and portfolio positioning; monitor performance, pricing, and discounts.
