Tether is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual testing for our applications. You will integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria.

Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium is required, including testing Electron or React Native apps on real devices. Global remote work is possible.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (for example, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output. Testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes

• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
