Tether is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing, combining automation with manual testing across Electron/React Native apps. You will build robust automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive quality through exploratory and regression testing.

Responsibilities include diagnosing failures, stabilizing tests, and collaborating with engineering and product teams on testability and acceptance criteria.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation and hands-on manual testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
