Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing for our fintech applications. You will lead automation efforts, ensure fast CI/CD integration, and drive test coverage across Electron, React Native, and web platforms.

Strong emphasis on reproducible results and collaboration with developers. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO, and familiarity with AI-assisted testing.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation and hands-on manual and exploratory testing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
