Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation across our fintech products. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure testability and acceptance criteria, while maintaining fast, reliable regression suites.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on manual testing, and experience with Playwright/WebdriverIO for multi-platform apps. Remote work is available worldwide.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Experience using Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron or React Native apps on iOS/Android.
• Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
