Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking an Automation Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position with a fast-growing SaaS client. You will own the automation stack, design and optimize workflows across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and experience integrating AI APIs. You will write Python and JavaScript code, debug systems, and drive efficiency across teams.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building multi-step automations with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: object relationships, field mapping, lead conversion, and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) with structured outputs in live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience working with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, including building new workflows, maintaining existing ones, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and multiple teams to design scalable automations.
• Document workflows and automation logic to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and propose automation solutions that increase efficiency.
• As you grow, help define the long-term automation strategy.
• Develop automated reporting processes for key business metrics.
