Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring an Automation Engineer to own the automation infrastructure powering lead management, CRM processes, and reporting in a fully remote, full-time role.

You will design, maintain, and optimize multi-step automations, collaborate with leadership, and work across teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience is required, with a strong emphasis on Python/JavaScript, APIs, and AI integrations.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on experience building multi-step, multi-branch automations using Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including object relationships, field mapping, lead conversion, and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into live workflows, with prompt engineering where appropriate.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve automation issues independently.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, including building new workflows, maintaining existing ones, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving performance.
• Build and maintain lead automation workflows (lead intake, scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM synchronization).
• Manage CRM automation (lead lifecycle, object relationships, field mapping, conversion logic, and activity tracking).
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal operational workflows (candidate screening, meeting intelligence, calendar synchronization, credential management).
• Write, maintain, and debug Python and JavaScript code within automation platforms.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and propose automation solutions that boost efficiency.
