Scale Up is hiring an Automation Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position. You will own the automation infrastructure powering lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience with platforms like Zapier or Make, plus strong Salesforce knowledge and API integration skills. You will work closely with leadership to improve systems and processes across teams.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building multi-step, multi-branch automations using Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including object relationships, field mapping, lead conversion, and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, including building new workflows and maintaining existing ones.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve automation performance.
• Build lead automation workflows, lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM synchronization.
• Manage CRM automation, including lead lifecycle, relationships, and activity tracking.
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal workflows such as candidate screening, calendar sync, and secure credentials management.
• Write, maintain, and debug Python and JavaScript in automation platforms.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability.
