World Business Lenders is seeking an Internal Audit Team Lead to oversee audits across the lending lifecycle, post-closing operations, and compliance. The role reports to the SVP of Internal Audit and manages a dedicated pod of 4 analysts.

The position is fully remote with regular hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday; strong English communication is required and candidates from LATAM are welcome to apply.

• Experience ensuring compliance with lending policies and post-closing activities.

• Supervise and develop 4 Internal Audit Analysts.
• Review audit workpapers, testing, and reports to ensure consistent methodology.
• Evaluate operational controls and compliance with lending policies.
• Assess post-closing activities and loan documentation controls.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team.
• Communicate audit observations and recommendations clearly to the SVP of Internal Audit.
