L2E Venture Works is seeking a part-time, remote Appointment Setter to support clients’ sales outreach. You will contact prospects, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for the sales and consulting teams, while maintaining records in CRM and coordinating with internal teams.

This role emphasizes communication, organization, and independent work in a commission-based environment with no base salary. Remote work setup and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle appointment setting and scheduling with calendars and CRM.
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, nurturing interest, and tracking outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Customer service skills to build rapport and maintain a professional tone.
• Remote work readiness with reliable internet and basic tech proficiency.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and reminders.
• Prior experience in sales support or inside sales is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work independently and adapt to evolving scripts.
• There is NO BASE SALARY - only commission based performance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce services, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for sales and consulting teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM or scheduling tools.
• Follow up with leads to confirm meetings and reschedule when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand target audiences and messaging.
• Consistently represent L2E Venture Works and its clients in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
