Job summary

360 Apartment Renovations is hiring an Appointment Setter to ignite interest and book high-value meetings for our sales team. You will prospect 60 calls daily to Property Managers and multifamily operators, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Managers.

You will log activities in Salesforce, maintain clean contact records, and execute structured follow-up cadences using outreach tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales is a MUST.
• Fully bilingual (close to Native English speaking is a must) Please don't apply if you don't meet this requirement.
• Office-based in Olivos, Mon–Thu (10AM–7PM ARGTIME). Fridays: remote, same hours

• Follow-up Cadence: Execute structured sequences to engage cold and warm leads—leveraging automation tools and marketing assets
• Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to identify pain points, decision-makers, and timing for property renovations and turns

What You’ll Do

What You Bring to the Table

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales is a MUST
