Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM partners in higher education and nonprofits. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to guide campaigns and improve performance.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across campaigns and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
