Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote LATAM-focused role to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights, building dashboards with cross-functional teams, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to drive analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
