You’ll transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams optimize campaigns and drive smarter decisions. This remote LATAM role pays in USD and requires strong dashboards, CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Slate) and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Fluency in English; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
