Miratech seeks an Amazon Connect Support Engineer to support and maintain AWS-based CCaaS environments, ensuring high availability and reliability. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using Splunk and CloudWatch, collaborating with developers, architects, and platform owners to enforce logging standards.
This role offers broad exposure to multiple leading CCaaS platforms within a modern enterprise contact center, including working with vendor partners and developing
Formación
- 4+ years of IT experience with CCaaS exposure.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting production systems.
- Hands-on with Splunk and CloudWatch.
- AWS cloud experience including Lambda, Amazon Connect, ALBs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and enhance proactive monitoring for AWS Connect CCaaS to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform owners on logging standards and monitoring.
- Develop end-to-end interaction flows using Splunk for monitoring and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Work with vendor partners to improve monitoring frameworks across the platform.
- Develop and maintain CloudWatch dashboards for redundancy and visibility.
