You will guide cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and delivery while maintaining high standards for client satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in technical project management, 3+ years with AWS, and strong communication.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 5+ years of technical project management experience.
- 3+ years with AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience with contact center technologies & CX solutions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) or equivalent.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end project management for Amazon Connect implementations.
- Develop project plans with milestones and resource allocations.
- Build client relationships as the technical lead during implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks.
- Oversee design of contact flows, queues, routing, and integrations.
- Ensure security, reliability, and operational excellence during deployments.
