Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, flag issues, and rate model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation. You will help train language models by crafting clear prompts and evaluating output.

This is a remote Latin America – 1099 contract opportunity. Eligible applicants include Argentina and other LA countries. Pay starts at up to $34 USD/hr with additional incentives based on project scope and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase
• Articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code, flag errors and quality issues using structured guidelines
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions — accuracy, instruction following, presentation
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models and advance coding capabilities
