Outlier is building a remote QA coding program for Latin America and beyond. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear computer science prompts to push the capabilities of AI code generation.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, have production-code experience, and communicate fluently in English. This freelance role offers up to 34 USD/hr with additional incentives based on project missions and performance.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions like accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
