Outlier is opening a remote, LatAm-focused program for QA coders who help train AI models by reviewing and improving code generated by AI systems. You’ll review AI-produced code, rate responses on accuracy and instruction following, and craft clear CS prompts to push AI performance.

This is a freelance, 1099-type engagement with flexible, location-independent work. Applicants from across Latin America are welcome, including Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
