Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code and rate model responses from a remote LatAm program. You’ll help train AI models to excel in code generation, with tasks like reviewing code and writing CS prompts.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, have software engineering experience with production code, and are fluent in English. This is a 1099 freelance contract with pay up to $34/hr plus incentives, accepting applicants from several LatAm countries.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses by accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured CS prompts to challenge AI models.
