Qualifications

• Strong experience translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem framing, with ability to structure ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid experience working within Agile environments, actively contributing to refinement, planning, and delivery.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints.
• Strong systems thinking, connecting business context with technical execution.
• Experience in process modelling and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and reducing ambiguity.
• English proficiency: Upper intermediate; bonus in AI or architectural reviews.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to understand objectives, outcomes, constraints, and context.
• Translate requirements into clear, feasible user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support refinement to ensure user stories are clear, testable, and ready for development.
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, architects, and Team Leader to align on feasibility.
• Explore AI opportunities to enhance product capabilities or internal processes.
• Contribute to backlog hygiene and evolving analysis workflows with modern tools.
• Assist teams in discovery, refinement, and delivery while avoiding ownership of delivery.
• Promote shared understanding and informed decision-making across Product, Architecture, and Development.
• Promote responsible and value-driven AI adoption where appropriate.
