QualityAI is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join the Data Security & Risk team in Argentina or Mexico. The role partners with business stakeholders and IT leadership to drive strategic data initiatives and enhance security processes for AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into clear requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering data-focused solutions while balancing technical and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience supporting data-related projects.
• Demonstrated interest in and exposure to AI technologies and use cases.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute product and project roadmaps with stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, aligning with business objectives.
• Prioritize deliverables, identify risks, and manage milestones.
• Bridge business and technology teams to deliver data-focused solutions.
