Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. in Argentina is seeking a hands-on Senior Job Readiness Lead to guide Fellows through LinkedIn optimization, resume crafting, interview prep, and negotiation strategies, helping them secure roles in AI in the US or LATAM.

You will run onboarding, provide 1:1 coaching, manage tools, collaborate with partner companies, report on metrics, and support Fellows after placement, all in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in HR, communications, or technology.
• Experience screening candidates for tech roles in US and/or LATAM.
• Experience developing and executing job preparation strategies.
• Analytical and data-driven with independent decision-making.
• Experience with diverse multicultural teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation.
• Strong teamwork and trust-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex processes.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Job Preparation Program for the ML Fellowship, guiding Fellows on LinkedIn, resumes, cover letters, and interview prep.
• Oversee onboarding sessions to align Fellows' career objectives.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and weekly check-ins until Fellows secure AI roles.
• Manage job-seeking and prep tools provided by Anyone AI or third-party providers.
• Collaborate with US and LATAM companies to connect Fellows with hiring managers.
• Report key metrics using Anyone AI tools on Fellows' activity, interviews, offers, and salaries.
• Collect feedback to improve the training program and job prep process.
• Serve as main contact for Fellows post-placement and provide ongoing support.
