Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, enrollment advising or comparable roles.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Working understanding of software development and basic IT terminology (programming languages, APIs, databases).
• Experience managing inbound leads, structured follow-up sequences, and sales pipelines in a CRM.
• Track record of meeting conversion or enrollment targets.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain program requirements and payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Own admissions pipeline: review inbound applications, qualify leads, move opportunities forward.
• Connect with qualified applicants via WhatsApp, email, and other channels to schedule interviews and follow up.
• Lead consultative admissions interviews via Zoom to assess background, goals, and English proficiency.
• Assess readiness and potential against program criteria.
• Explain the Fellowship’s value and how curriculum and career support meet applicant needs.
• Clarify contract and payment terms and ensure applicants understand obligations before enrolling.
• Coordinate candidate assessments with academic and career teams as needed.
• Maintain CRM records: qualification decisions, notes, objections, enrollment status.
• Improve the admissions process by sharing insights with Marketing and other teams.
