Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in client-facing accounting, public accounting, audit or advisory environments.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely accounting work.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review accounting work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to resolve issues.
• Manage deadlines, priorities and client communications; support advisory work.
