Job summary

LATAM Marketing Agency is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end in a fully remote, USD-payrolled role focused on performance marketing for universities, nonprofits, and related sectors.

You will coordinate onboarding, tracking, and cross-channel campaigns, while translating client needs into actionable internal directions and driving measurable outcomes across multiple locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or consulting role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and proactive relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable direction and clear next steps.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up site tracking and channels within ~2 weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including structure and reporting.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear, comparable performance across locations.
• Join client calls, including some across time zones, and provide updates.
