Job summary

Sur Global Services is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote LATAM role focused on universities and nonprofit partners. You will own day-to-day partner success, keep campaigns on track, and coordinate with account directors on larger accounts to ensure timely deliverables and measurable performance.

You’ll work independently as the primary contact for partners, translating needs into internal action and maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management (marketing/agency preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication — clear, friendly, proactive.
• Ability to translate partner needs into internal direction.
• Comfortable using Asana or similar PM tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear, proactive, and partner-first
• Run partner check-ins for owned accounts with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep detailed records on scope, deliverables, and status
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights that drive smarter decisions
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned so execution stays smooth and predictable
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, and enrollments
• Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities early and support proposals alongside the Account Director
• Jump into onboarding and new business support when needed to help partnerships start strong
• Assist with account financial health by supporting reporting accuracy and following up on invoicing as requested
