Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM team. You will manage software licensing across multiple publishers, interpret entitlements, and drive license compliance and optimization.

This role requires collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to support accurate decisions and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing model knowledge, and the ability to handle high-volume requests while

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing responsibilities across vendors.
Strong knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
Experience managing large software portfolios and audits.
Ability to collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to resolve licensing needs.
