Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our regional LATAM team, handling software licensing across Latin America and other international regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery and cost optimization.

You will manage licensing requests through the full lifecycle, interpret complex licensing terms, maintain asset records and support renewals, audits and compliance

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing or ITAM.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, audits and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost efficiency reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors to resolve needs.
