Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist for the Latin America region, involving licensing across multiple publishers and models. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to drive accurate licensing decisions, renewals and optimization.

You will manage high volumes, ensure compliance, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM or ITAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of licensing models including node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle, ensuring timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
