WSP's global Software Asset Management team is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery, compliance and optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing licenses across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Familiarity with entitlements, renewals, audits and optimization.
• Ability to work with regional/global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests end-to-end across lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset records and renewal data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support audits and compliance reporting, identify cost-savings.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
