Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large, multi‑publisher portfolio in LATAM and other regions. You will interpret terms, maintain entitlements, coordinate renewals, and drive optimization with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands‑on SAM experience, strong analytical skills, and fluent English and Spanish to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and multi-publisher requests.
• Advanced English and Spanish; collaborate regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate asset records including purchasing/licensing.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits, and reporting.
