Insight Global is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical sales for sensors and connectivity across South America. You will collaborate with distributors, end users, and internal teams to deliver solutions and grow the customer base in Argentina and neighboring markets.

The role combines engineering with business development, offering regional exposure, career growth, and involvement across industrial automation and related sectors. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Electromechanical engineering.
• Specialization in Controls, Instrumentation, Automation or related field.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical sales activities for sensors and connectivity products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Argentina and South America (excluding Brazil).
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers and distribution partners.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and commercial documentation.
• Manage projects from opportunity creation through order fulfillment and invoicing.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits when needed.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Track project status and ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with technical support, operations, and account management teams.
• Expand market share within industrial automation, instrumentation, oil & gas, mining, and related industries.
