Aufgaben

• Drive and review analysts' work for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate workload, allocate resources, and escalate banker inquiries.
• Lead a culture of excellence and resilience within the team.
• Support client coverage across geographies and guide analysts.
• Oversee preparation of company profiles, benchmarking, pricing, earnings and competitor analyses.
• Analyze and validate financial statements, comps, valuations, and benchmarking models.
• Develop industry views, track opportunities, and guide research.
• Apply market fundamentals to global clients and track trends.
• Pitch new ideas by tracking clients, sectors, and product themes.
• Collaborate with IB Coverage, M&A, and GCB teams to deliver high-quality output.
• Provide feedback and coaching to analysts to ensure standards.
