Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing across Latin America and other international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure accurate licensing, renewals and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Spanish, with exposure to global stakeholders. This regional position offers cross-border collaboration and diverse publishers across a high-volume

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing, entitlements and audits.
Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
Experience managing a large software portfolio across multiple publishers.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs.
