Sur Global is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding in a fast-evolving startup. You will coordinate interviews, generate offers, and maintain HR data while acting as a local People Operations contact.

The role requires hands-on sourcing experience, strong English skills, and a proactive mindset to improve processes as needs change. You will arrange new-hire setup, assist onboarding, and help manage records with care.

Formación

• ,2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
• Hands-on sourcing experience beyond screening inbound applicants.
• Fluent or near-native English, written and spoken.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; multitasking capability.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with HR systems (Rippling is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
• Professional discretion and a collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage data entry in HR systems.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers with accurate information.
• Identify gaps in recruiting processes and propose improvements as hiring needs evolve.
• Set up new hires in HR, payroll, and system access tools.
• Assist onboarding planning and ensure all tasks/documentation are completed.
• Manage employee records and contribute to offboarding processes.
• Organize team activities and internal communications for new hires and milestones.
• Serve as local HR contact 1–2 days per week to assist employees with routine questions.
