Sur Global, a fast-growing recruitment firm based in Buenos Aires, is seeking an exceptional agency recruiter. You will manage 5–8 open titles across multiple US/Canada-focused clients, sourcing passive candidates and conducting full-cycle interviews.

You must excel in LinkedIn Recruiter, recruit for SaaS roles, and consistently meet SLAs and KPIs while delivering a first-class candidate experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS companies.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and a proven track record of hiring passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for US/Canada or other English-speaking companies.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle searches for 5 to 8 roles at a time across multiple clients, from intake to offer.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
• Screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Work with hiring managers to define each role and what a strong hire looks like for them.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for speed and quality on every search.
• Track candidates in Workable and set up automations that save the team time.
• Give every candidate a clear and respectful experience throughout the process.
• Help build the processes our team uses as we grow.

Sur is a leading recruitment agency helping US companies hire top talent in Latin America. We have grown many times over in our three years in business, and we are hiring again. The team is growing fast and we have a lot of fun doing this work.

The companies we work with are building their teams, and many of the roles we fill are early hires for them. Every search has a direct effect on how those teams take shape, and the recruiter running it plays a big part in that.

We are looking for an exceptional recruiter who loves recruiting and has a strong agency background. You will manage 5 to 8 open titles at any given time across different clients. The roles change often, so you need to be comfortable learning new titles quickly and understanding exactly what each client needs before you start sourcing.

This is an outbound role. You cannot rely on applicants here. Most of the people we place were not looking for a new job when we contacted them, so you need to be very strong in LinkedIn Recruiter and skilled at finding and engaging passive candidates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for SaaS companies
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and a proven record of hiring passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for US/Canada or other English-speaking companies
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience sourcing technical talent such as developers, engineers, and designers
• A consistent record of meeting SLAs and KPIs
• Proficiency in Workable or a similar ATS, including setting up automations
• Experience at a startup or on a growing team is preferred
