Call Power is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Support Specialists, from requisition approval to onboarding. You will build and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social networks, Telegram, and professional communities.

You will conduct competency-based interviews, coordinate interview processes with Hiring Managers, maintain candidate databases, and design assessment tools.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience hiring Customer Support Specialists.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (job boards, social networks, communities).
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Understanding of value-based hiring principles.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Trello, CRM/ATS systems, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and online assessments.
• Understanding of customer service processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Support Specialists, from requisition approval to onboarding;
• Build and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, Telegram, and professional communities;
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and competency-based phone interviews;
• Coordinate interview processes with Hiring Managers;
• Maintain and systematically update candidate databases;
• Design and continuously improve candidate assessment tools;
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment channels and key hiring metrics;
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
