Clorox, Vicente Lopez, Argentina, is seeking an R&D Packaging Scientist to lead packaging development for AMEA markets. You will deliver innovative packaging solutions from concept through commercialization, partnering with global teams and external manufacturers.

You will apply engineering methodologies, run testing, and drive cost-saving, sustainable packaging initiatives while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to meet product goals.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of packaging development or packaging engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical discipline.
• Fluency in English with ability to communicate technical information across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive packaging innovation across AMEA markets, delivering superior consumer experiences.
• Own end-to-end packaging development from concept to commercialization.
• Create and manage packaging specifications including fill weights and cube data.
• Lead pilot and production trials and analyze results to enable scale-up.
• Collaborate with Global R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability, and external manufacturers.
• Support sustainability goals such as virgin plastic reduction and recyclable packaging design.
