Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking an R&D Packaging Scientist I for the AMEA region located in Vicente Lopez, Argentina. This full-time hybrid role leads packaging development from concept through commercialization, coordinating with global teams and external manufacturers to deliver consumer-focused solutions.

You will apply engineering and data-driven methods to optimize packaging, support sustainability goals, and drive cost savings while advancing your technical leadership across trusted brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Drive packaging innovation across AMEA markets and meet regulatory, sustainability, and brand requirements.
• Own end-to-end packaging development from design to production.
• Create and manage packaging specifications including fill weights, pallet configurations, and assembly diagrams.
• Lead pilot and production trials, analyze results, and support scale-up and launches.
• Collaborate across Global R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and external partners to manage technical risk.
• Strengthen packaging capability through knowledge sharing and raising standards across the organization.
