Caylent is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing QA team. The role focuses on validating multi‑channel customer interactions (IVR, chat, email) using cutting‑edge AWS technologies and enterprise‑level practices.

The candidate will develop test plans, execute end‑to‑end tests, and collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure quality and reliability for millions of users.

Formación

• 3–5 years of software testing or QA experience
• Experience testing multi‑channel contact center systems (IVR, chat, email)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to identify edge cases and complex test scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and tech stacks

Responsabilidades

• Execute test plans for IVR systems including call flow validation and speech recognition accuracy
• End‑to‑end testing of chat implementations across web, mobile, and messaging platforms
• Validate email routing, auto‑responses, and template rendering across clients
• Test Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing strategies
• Test integration points between contact centers and CRM systems, knowledge bases, and third‑party apps
• Develop detailed test cases, scripts, and maintain test data for scenarios
• Document results and defects with clear reproduction steps
• Conduct load testing for IVR and chat platforms during peak volumes
• Perform usability testing and test failover/disaster recovery scenarios
