Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to raise the quality bar across our product suite, focusing on payment and billing flows. You’ll design automation frameworks, integrate quality gates into CI/CD, and use AI tools to enhance test development.

You’ll work embedded in a product pod with engineers and a broader quality community across five pods, applying hands-on testing, AI-native approaches, and robust data practices to prevent production issues.

Formación

• 4+ years as a QA engineer, SDET, or automation engineer with production-grade automation experience.
• Strong QA fundamentals, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
• Hands-on Playwright experience with selectors strategy, network interception, and CI integration.
• Solid API testing experience including REST, auth flows, webhooks, and contract testing.
• Experience testing payment, billing, fintech, or correctness-critical systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own test automation frameworks for web UI (Playwright) and APIs.
• Build integration and end-to-end coverage for payment-critical flows including hosted and embedded pages, onboarding, webhooks, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Cover multiple payment rails and regions with idempotent and robust tests.
• Own test data management, seeding, isolation, teardown, and realistic finance scenarios.
• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD and drive down flakiness in test suites.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for test generation from acceptance criteria.
