This role leads the Cloud Native Applications team to design, build, and deliver production-ready AI-enabled solutions for clients. The Software Architect will guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with customers, partners, and Caylients

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience in software development and AWS cloud-native systems.
• Experience with multiple backend languages (Python, Node.js, C#, TypeScript) and frontend frameworks.
• Learning and building with AI for productivity and client solutions.
• Deep experience building with AWS and knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development teams to deliver AI-first, production-ready client solutions.
• Lead and own technical requirements gathering, architectural decisions, and backlog refinement.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather customer requirements and formulate a workable backlog.
• Create architecture diagrams to document, communicate, and defend your solution design.
• Contribute hands-on in AI-first software development and automated testing.
• Coach and mentor teammates and collaborate with project managers and leaders.
