Arionkoder, an AI consulting firm, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to own end‑to‑end quality and raise the quality bar across core product teams. You will work with engineers, PMs, designers, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria, design test coverage, and ensure quality before production.

You will apply AI-first techniques to accelerate test design, automation, triage, and reporting, while challenging unclear requirements and advocating for production confidence.

Formación

• Quality Engineering / QA experience in modern software products.
• Experience designing test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex systems.
• Experience building automated test suites in production CI environments.
• Strong experience with at least one modern UI automation tool and API testing approach.
• Working knowledge of test case management and bug tracking tools.
• CI/CD fluency and ability to wire tests into pipelines.
• Scripting/prog skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of testing fundamentals and release readiness.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end quality across products and features; define risk-based test strategies.
• Run manual QA and exploratory testing guided by risk and personas.
• Design and maintain test cases ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated UI and API tests.
• Triage defects and produce concise release-ready quality reports.
• Define quality gates and coordinate with DevOps for deployments.
